The location was near the Quarter for Jazz Fest, which was convenient, but the room was in terrible condition, making it hard to stay longer than necessary. I stayed at this hotel with mixed feelings. The rooms could definitely use some maintenance, with paint chipping and walls needing a good clean. Unfortunately, our neighbors were loud, and there were even cockroaches spotted on the first day of our stay. On the positive side, the hotel staff was accommodating and handled our requests well.
